Orders and shipping
You can order your desired products directly without providing print files right away. During your order, you can download the submission specifications with the template and get creative. Using the Upload Files link, simply add your print files to the placed order. In doing so, follow the instruction.

It depends on the type of product. The delivery time is listed for almost all products. The mentioned delivery time applies after your approval on the print proof or after approval of the print file(supplied artwork). If you have a hard deadline, please contact us for a faster delivery time +31 85 0280 381. We will see for you what is possible within the schedule. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation of the order by e-mail.
If you use the design service, you will of course receive a proof. With the provided materials(logo, texts and design requirements) our design team goes to work. When the proof is ready, we’ll email it to you for review. Only when you are 100% satisfied with the print proof and agree, will we start production. It is important that you review the proof on time. Without your review, the job will be temporarily halted, which may shift the agreed upon delivery date.
We would like to receive your logo digitally in vector file such as: EPS, Al or PDF format. Don’t have an EPS, AI or PDF file, or don’t know if your logo meets the right requirements? If so, please contact us. If you uploaded an incorrect file, we will contact you automatically.
Does your logo not meet the submission guidelines? No problem. We will then get in touch.
If you have prepared your own print files according to the submission specifications, you can upload the file drectly during the ordering process. Even if you placed the order first, you can submit your files via File Upload. These will then be added to your placed order. Once the print file is approved, the order goes into production. Please note that delivery time is counted from print file approval.
If you have a valid company number and are based in the EU but outside the Netherlands, we will invoice without VAT. To do so, contact [email protected] or call +31 85 0280 381
Although we have done our utmost to handle your order to your satisfaction, it is possible that you are not completely satisfied. If so, please contact us at +31 85 0280 381 or send an email to [email protected]
Upon delivery of the order, you will automatically receive an invoice in pdf format by e-mail.
Log in to your account to track the status of your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace via email.
